This is a **** site. They take your money and don't deliver the products. There is no contact number only an e-mail address. The parcel tracking goes to a certain point and then nothing. The supplier then stops responding to queries on the delivery status and any refund requests.

This is a ****, not even a legitimate company in South Africa despite misleading customers into believing they are locally based. The products are actually shipped from Hong Kong, yet I was charged courier fees—even though the items were sent via normal postal service to a Post Office. I only received my order after 3 months, and that was purely by luck. There was zero communication or updates from them throughout the entire process. Save your time and money—do not use this company.

This company is a Cavan. I ordered from them paid for the product in On the 21 December 2025 and up until today there has been no product. Despite tens of emails still no product except the automatic response that is the same everytime it's like you are responded to by a machine. I have asked for a refund since they cannot deliver still no refund. Instead they sent me numbers that they claimed are of the post office but when I called those numbers they are the numbers of an ABSA bank. I am warning everybody who is thinking of buying anything from this company that these are the biggest ****mers I have ever come across in this country. They are in a business of ****ming people

Good day - NO IT IS NOT A GOOD DAY. 2 MONTHS LATER, AND I STILL HJAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM HEALTHWISE SOUTH AFRICA. I was advised that the parcel is at Courier Guy, with the tracking app. Phoned Courier Guy, both Walmer Park and Figtree. Neither of them have the parcel, and do not have anything on my name, email address, definitely not the tracking number I was given. I am totally and absolutely disgusted with the lack of information as to where my parcel may be. The only other thing that I have is an ORDER number Order number 10251, having purchased in good faith. If this is not yourselves then please note that your face book and other options have been hacked - at my expense. I am a retired woman of 69, with a husband of 78, and have relatives who both have dementia who I have to assist, so I cannot afford the loss of R1000. Please return my money. If I could give minus 10000 stars I would!!!! Bunch of absolute ****ming ****s!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!! I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering - nothing but lies and excuses about parcel being retained in customs for review, etc. All auto generated copy paste lies and supposed apologies. Don't believe a word these people tell you, they are ******* and you will never see your purchases or money again.
