Promises made and not fulfilled
In January I signed a contract with Braby's for advertising maps for our local area. I was told that these would go to print and be distributed in March. The maps were to be distributed to all the local hotels, guest houses and estate agents in our basin. The maps finally were distributed to all the advertisers in September, 6 months late. My ad was not placed in the correct space, for which I paid extra as it would feature on the front whether the map was opened or closed giving me maximum exposure. I have taken the time and trouble to check with various hotels, guest houses and estate agents in the basin and none of them have received these maps. I have requested a list of businesses the map was distributed to on 26 September and still have had no reply.
