Very little value

I had a frustrating experience with Hearing Works. I was booked for a specific service, but when I arrived, they had the wrong service listed under my name. After some back and forth, they agreed to proceed with the correct service, but this caused a delay as they had to set up for it last minute.

My appointment was scheduled for late afternoon, and as I walked in, they were already starting to lock up the building. The staff seemed more focused on closing for the day than on providing proper care. They rushed through the session, and I felt like I was being hurried out the door.

The pricing was also misleading. I was charged double what I expected because, apparently, receiving the report costs as much as the test itself. Something that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. In the end, no meaningful insights were shared, and I was essentially told to go see a doctor, information I already had before coming in.

Overall, I left feeling like I paid for very little value. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.
