This has been a very frustrating delivery experience. I ordered the bed six days ago with a promised delivery window of 1–2 days. The delivery team only contacted me on day five to ask about delivering the next day. I submitted a delivery time request and received no response from Mattress Warehouse. Only after I followed up again was I told the vehicles had already been dispatched and that the mattress would only be available tomorrow. This is after I arranged to work from home specifically to wait for the delivery. When I phoned, I was still unable to get a clear delivery time for the next attempt. The entire process feels like a guessing game. This is a messy and unprofessional way to handle orders and deliveries. Please improve your service and communication with customers.
I appreciated my first session and the initial guidance I received for my injury. The the****** was helpful and seemed genuinely interested in supporting my recovery. However, when I returned for my second session, I was unexpectedly told that I owed an additional payment for the previous session due to incorrect billing codes. It felt like the extra charges were added arbitrarily. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it wasn’t communicated clearly or handled in a way that inspired confidence. The second session itself felt unnecessary. The OT told me that I would likely benefit more from seeing a physiothe******, yet still continued the session with exercises that didn’t feel particularly relevant or helpful, seemingly just to justify charging for the appointment. This came across as unprofessional and more focused on retaining business than on my actual recovery. I was then advised to book a third session, but I chose not to follow through. Overall, I would have appreciated more transparency and honesty about whether the service would truly support my recovery, rather than a push for further bookings.
I had a frustrating experience with Hearing Works. I was booked for a specific service, but when I arrived, they had the wrong service listed under my name. After some back and forth, they agreed to proceed with the correct service, but this caused a delay as they had to set up for it last minute. My appointment was scheduled for late afternoon, and as I walked in, they were already starting to lock up the building. The staff seemed more focused on closing for the day than on providing proper care. They rushed through the session, and I felt like I was being hurried out the door. The pricing was also misleading. I was charged double what I expected because, apparently, receiving the report costs as much as the test itself. Something that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. In the end, no meaningful insights were shared, and I was essentially told to go see a doctor, information I already had before coming in. Overall, I left feeling like I paid for very little value. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.
Food always late and cold. Drivers having more than one stop delays orders. Help function is useless. They dont assist in anyway on offer excuses for bad service.
