Poor service and lack of communication

Worst customer service ever sitting with a warrantee claim but finding every excuse 1st call - call was loged 13:15 please allow 24hours 2nd call 24 hours later - please allow 48 hours

No update from them you as customer must follow up 3call 48 hours later - it might rain cant replace due to weather
