Poor service and lack of communication
Worst customer service ever sitting with a warrantee claim but finding every excuse 1st call - call was loged 13:15 please allow 24hours 2nd call 24 hours later - please allow 48 hours No update from them you as customer must follow up 3call 48 hours later - it might rain cant replace due to weather

Money hunger service provider with poor service
Truely shocking the lack of care for a customer Did a online upgrade on their(vodacoms) recommendation on 2nd October 2024 to date device is on back order as a 3rd party was used. Phone again on 21October Vodcaom online suggests to cancell and change deal so delivery can be done in this week agreed cancell laptop deal. 15min on phone using my purchased airtime sorry cant pick up any laptop deal available to you so now upgrade that was waited for over 20 days is cancelled and no ther option available but please continue to spend your hard earned money with us as Vodacom whislt we give no customer service feedback or any proper service a **** show to say the least

Horible feedback and lack of service
After a year of being a very satisfied customer it seems that something drastically went wrong at Gosolr as the only place you get feedback is year after a bad review. Being refused to be transferred to management and struggling to get upgrade done for 32days now really bad feedback

Poor service and feedback
I have been a happy customer for a year now. However i have been struggling to get a simple upgrade done for 24days and counting now seeming the small addition of 2x pannels is not worth their time and effort as my tickets on app being closed without proper feedback or contact with me. Customer service and account manager refuses to give out or transfer call to senior manager. I reget not making them fix the hole in my ceiling when installation was done being kind get you bad service.

Poor feedback and lack of responsibility
