going the extra mile

I purchased a Groupon for my wife and myself. We received a great welcome with coffee and lovely butter biscuits. We were late for our treatments but the management went the extra mile to accommodate date us and even though our treatments was cut a bit short it was done to perfection. Will be there every month as the location is also convienant
