Disappointed

I am not happy at all with the service I received at clicks @ Heidelberg Mall the Manager does not know how to speak to customer, I am so disappointed by the service I received. Clearly he does not know what customer service and satisfaction means. You can not argue with a customer in such a unprofessional manner!
