I used to be big fan of your brand, it was convenient and tasty. But this weekend I was really disappointed. I purchased a box of Today's mini chicken rolls(there should have been 40) they were squashed and stuck together, I only managed to get about 25 rolls out. I am extremely disappointed and will post on Social media as well. I spent alot of money to have 40 rolls, not 25. That is a joke. When I opened the box I was immediately put off. Lost my appetite immediately.

I actually find this laughable ,honestly my 3rd time complaining here I've received two calls , the second guy promised me within 32 hours to receive some communication, again I'm left an entire month without a product I cannot use ,your service and customer service is pathetic, 1st lady called and asked for photos , they were given immediately Second guy called and said that he has escalated it and still nothing are you kidding me .disgusted honestly

So I recently got a call a week back from the heinz team regarding the complaint I have made here recently, it has been 5 business days and more than a week waiting for a response from them after they had requested all the proof I have which was forwarded to a whatsapp number on the same day . I'm disgusted as there is no explanation or call back for an update Nothing, I am the customer that's out of pocket ,single working parent with a product that I cannot use at all . Really upset as I have gotten no response from the heinz team I have bought a box of their cheese puffs which are a favorite of my family The puffs have all melted together and the cheese has oozed out and is now resembling a very messed up macaroni dish . I took all the precautions and always buy my groceries before I can get home which is about 15 minutes away . I am now left with a product I cannot use as everything is mushed together. The email on their box is defective this leaves me outta pocket and with no product that I can salvage and use . Disgusting service from them to ignore and email and not responding in 24 hours

Purchased a box of 40 mini sausage rolls for my son to take to school for lunch, and when I opened it they were all mushed together. I literally couldn't break a single one apart. I'm not sure how these things work but I'd appreciate a refund.

Taken from my email to Heinz - Dec 9, 2021, 6:10 PM (5 days ago) We bought your product to try out and are Very Unhappy with the outcomes. The first 2 pizzas we made a week ago and got the same results. (Sent pictures to them to show clearly the uncooked dough.) The pizza was put into a preheated oven after a 10 minutes preheat and then onto 200 degrees as recommended, left for 18 minutes on the 2nd time round and still the dough did not cook through. Sub standard quality and can't even eat it. Threw half away as it was that Awful To date their customer care have not responded??
