After being with the dr for 2 years, I came for a visit with my daughter and for the 1st time, my savings was depleted. I was asked if i will pay today which I confirmed. Only then was I told that card-payment is R1400 and cash is R1100. As I was not aware I did not have so much with me and said to them I will come pay the next day. I was told no, must pay immediately which totally shock me that after building a relationship, one is treated with so much distrust as if you are a **** and a *****. Even speaking to the dr did not help. So sad that one is treated as a villian and that all just in the sake of money.
Bought Today sausages and it totally disgusted with the product. You are basically buying pastry with almost no filling. Totally not worth the money.
I have over and over - for the last 2 months - asked for a detailed report showing all claims for the year, showing what was paid from savings and what went to threshold. Never get the correct or complete info.
Takes 14 minutes to answer the phone - asked to speak to a manager - was put on hold again for 7 minutes. Absolutely shocking.
Do not use value express as they totally suck in their jobs as I am waiting now 2 weeks after delivery date for my parcel. You cannot phone them, they do not reply on e-mails. Do they value customer service - nope. Do the express in their delivery - nope. So the correct name for them is nope nope deliveries.
Bought online from Makro, they provided delivery date as 7/12 and today, 10/12 still nothing. Tried to get help from their call centre but a Lithe Legola took my order number and after 29 minutes holding on, I put down the phone. They had my order number with all my details but do you think anyone phoned back - not a change. Used their whatsapp service - there you are just told they are behind with orders and you must wait - on asking for a date- your chat is just ignored further. Pathetic service - do not by online with Makro. Even if cheaper, it is not worth the hassle.
I bought some KYN shocks and within 3 years they had to be replaced. My claim on their 3 year warranty was declined even though their own report from Niterra says the shocks failed and is unsafe/infit for use. Do not waste your money to buy KYB shock absorbers - they are not worth the money.
Kyb Shocks I bought and was under guarantee, fitment centre did machine test to prove not in good condition. Masterparts told me to put in claim, remove old shocks but have to buy new shocks and they will refund afterwards. No they say they did in their own words, a crude test and they see nothing wrong with the shocks and it had to be on the vehicle for full inspection, so no claim. But they told me to buy new ones and then bring in the old shock. No understanding, no care, just plain sorry - not our problem.
Your service is absolutely pathetic - on the line holding on for 23 minutes.
I have left 2 complaints on their website asking them to contact me - nobody does. These guys are just in it for the money.
