Good service these days is far and in between, but then there are the exceptional and special ones like Hello-Garden-Route, which is a pet-friendly accommodation service provider, own and run by Carene Daniel. Carene is an outstanding service-orientated hospitality manager. She went out of her way to make our stay in Wilderness during February with a four legged kid, very special. Zimba is a rescue kid with special diabetic needs and there is no way we can leave her home anymore with a caretaker. Carene was great and understood the situation.
