Help24 - bad service encounter
I am not happy with how Help24 is handling my case. One of their drivers bumped my car on May 16, 2025, and they have been giving me the runaround with sorting it out. I have called the Roodepoort office. When I give them the car details, they tell me the Driver is for the Sandton Branch. When I called Sandton and spoke to Rufus, he said I must share the registration of the car that bumped me, and I even mentioned that I have the driver's license of the guy who bumped me. I feel that because I was driving a foreign number plate, they are not assisting; this is some form of **************, especially since their guy is the one who bumped my back bumper. I am not happy at all with the service provided by Help24 and the driver who bumped my car.

31 December 2023 it's employee bumped on my stationary car at a robot. They towed my car for a repair agreement. They repaired it on three occasions, with the same bad results. I have emailed my complaints multiple times but they just ignore my emails and calls. They even refuse to meet with me to hear me out. I don't have money for a lawyer.🤦🏽♀️

If u had a driver tow your car and paid more than u should have comment ur details i will give all the infomation of cars and clients that has been towed as boomslang lies of they appoved, like they call it. they are all ****. Drug addicts and the company wont even allow them to pay maintanance to their kids

Beware!!
First help - Help24 Industria 1 Star If I could I would give them negative stars as to be this ***** should be a crime If ever you have to make use of there service and you want your vehicle taken to your own yard be sure to fill that portion of the form in and not to the part they tell you to as they will say one thing to you and write a completely different thing on the form Also make sure you have spoken to your insurance yourself and that they have actually authorised the towing of your vehicle as they will flat out lie and say they have authorisation mean time they not even phoning the right contact centre so your policy isn't even being picked up but because they want to ***** you over they will lie and take your vehicle to there yard where there panel beater is so they can milk you and your insurance for all they can How they are still in business I do not know as this isn't the first time we have had this issue but benefit of the doubt was given as this was years ago but clearly they still up to there same shady tactics

Useless Help 24
Help 24 is pathetic. This morning at 03:00 we had a break in. I called them at 03:18 to report the matter. A vehicle only arrived at my house at 03:49, by then we could have been ******ed or had our house cleaned out. The excuse we got was that the vehicle had to come from Wilrogate to assist us. Just after 07:00 I requested that someone call me for an alarm quotation with the promise that someone will call me back. I made about 4 calls with no luck of speaking to anyone in the technical department. There is just simply no answer. The receptionist transferred me to the managers direct line, who also did not bother to take my call. Finally after loosing my cool completely someone called me back. The tech lady says they are too busy to assist me until tomorrow afternoon. It seems like they have to many clients and too little staff. When we signed up all sorts of promises was made to us about how much to worthy their clients. What a load of BS.
