#Black Friday - I purchased a Tag Heuer strap from Helvetus in the UK in September. I paid 88 UK pounds for this strap. I never received the Strap here in South Africa. I have complained to their customer service dept. on numerous occasions, and I am either ignored to call a **** by their Customer Services representative - Mia Schmidt who insists I received it. I have asked for proof that I signed for the strap from Helvetus, and to this day they have not provided any proof I signed for the Strap. The Courier was Speedaf - who did not deliver the strap, and SA consumers need only type Speedaf into the HelloPeter data base to see the terrible comments left by other South Africans who have not received their goods when couriered by Speedaf. SA Concumers Be Aware when dealing with these companies.
