BE AWARE OF HELVETUS
#Black Friday - I purchased a Tag Heuer strap from Helvetus in the UK in September. I paid 88 UK pounds for this strap. I never received the Strap here in South Africa. I have complained to their customer service dept. on numerous occasions, and I am either ignored to call a **** by their Customer Services representative - Mia Schmidt who insists I received it. I have asked for proof that I signed for the strap from Helvetus, and to this day they have not provided any proof I signed for the Strap. The Courier was Speedaf - who did not deliver the strap, and SA consumers need only type Speedaf into the HelloPeter data base to see the terrible comments left by other South Africans who have not received their goods when couriered by Speedaf. SA Concumers Be Aware when dealing with these companies.

Helvetus & Speedaf - STAY AWAY
I purchased a Tag Heuer Rubber Strap - For Tag Heuer Aquaracer - Black × 1 Deployant (Silver) / 20mm CHF 88.00 from this UK based company. Helvetus couriered the Watch strap to SA with Speedaf who are the worst couriers ever. My watch strap never arrived at my home, and I have tried numerous times to tell this to Helvetus Customer Service, with a lady named Mia, refusing to believe I never received my Watch Strap. Mia keeps sending me the Speedaf Tracking saying I received my watch strap but cannot provide me with proof that I signed for the delivery. I just want to warn other South Africans to stay away from Helvetus and Speedaf because they have treated me badly, practically telling me that I am a ****!! STAY AWAY.

Kiwi.com - Stay away from this Travel Agent
Kiwi.com are a booking agent that you find on the Internet when looking for cheap flights overseas from SA. I booked flights with them 5 months ago to go see the Boks in Paris this weekend, Saturday 23rd Sept. They e-mailed me yesterday telling me my flights to Paris were cancelled. No Reason, nothing!! They are a dishonest and disreputable travel agent and keep well away from them when looking for flights overseas.
