Rude receptionist.

<div>During a few visits to go fishing there the lady /receptionist was extremely rude and bombastic not only to me but to quite a few of my friends too. She even threatened to keep the entrance gate locked until later in the day. How can a Holiday resort emply such a rude person?</div>
