Terrible practice!!!!

Wich I don't have to give a star. For the past 2 years I have not recieved any statements, also they want to blame the medical aid for not receiving any statements. I was in hospital woke up I was giving the stuff and they said it wil go through the medical aid I just need to sign, I was not awake property they are like valtures.. so thy handed over my account..... The lawyers is more help full then this terrible practice. Yes I got angry because they are lying Client service is really bad. I don't know how they are still in business, so many people that complain about them. I will never make use of them. I'm putting this out there because people must know what the deal with!
