Ou brood
Baie swak ervaring. Die brood van die burgers was baie, baie oud en glad nie vars nie. Dit het die smaak van die hele burger heeltemal bederf. Vars brood is basies vir ’n ordentlike burger, en dit was beslis nie hier die geval nie. Boonop was die diens ook swak – stadig en onverskillig, met geen poging om die probleem reg te stel nie. Dit is teleurstellend en onaanvaarbaar. Ongelukkig sal ek nie gou weer hier eet nie.

Friendly waiter
I thoroughly enjoyed it a lot! Was very vibey and friendly. Our waiter was Naledi, she’s so sweet! She told us she was still new but it felt like she’s been doing this for a while. When we came for the special on Wednesday for ****tail night , she knew the ****tails would take time and bought us water to make up for that. So sweet rn Baie Pragtig!

Friendly waiter
I thoroughly enjoyed it a lot! Was very vibey and friendly. Our waiter was Naledi, she’s so sweet! She told us she was still new but it felt like she’s been doing this for a while. When we came for the special on Wednesday for ****tail night , she knew the ****tails would take time and bought us water to make up for that. So sweet rn Baie Pragtig!

Poorly prepared meal.
The vibe is good and the stuff is very welcoming and friendly. However I was not happy with the quality of my meal. I had ordered ribs and chips, the chips were not sufficiently fried and the ribs weren’t as fresh and juicy. They need to improve on the quality of the food.

Bad customer service from manager
I'm definitely with Eddie M on this, Hennie's have gone to the dumps since the previous manager stefan left. The customer service is something to laugh about and above that how do you chase customers away ????? Please better your customer service!!!!
