Amazing!
I bought a Mitsubishi Triton from Henque Motors in January 2026. It has been 3 months since I bought the bakkie and I have absolutely no complaints. Great service and very helpfull F&I.

Amazing!

False vehicle info.
I saw the advert of a Suzuki Swift 2021 1.2 GLX for R 149000. I phoned. Made a R 5000 holding deposit. Made an appointment to go fetch the car the next day. Today they phoned me only to tell me the car they advertised is a 2018 Suzuki Swift 1.2 GL and that the price is R 159000. They placed these advers on Auto Trader, Carfind and Cars.co.za. The same car, different year models, different price. When I pointed out to them that I have taken screenshots of the vehicle they still denied. When I pointed out that the registration number on all the photos prove that it is the same vehicle, they said it is a human mistake. Beware , false information given to the public by Henque Motors.

I was sold a car that was involved in an accident by these people they didn’t even disclose it to me as I’m a young person who was buying her first car! Through finance at that!! I was driving the week I bought it the boot opened it’self I went and asked they refuse!! A month later my battery just died at a mall couldn’t start! Because it was raining they said it was the water I yelled and shouted until they came and changed my battery For 3years I’d been asking for my spare keys still nothing- I had a problem with my car took it to them guess what ??? All the “warranty “ they promised when signing was no longer there and I paid for my services which is ok but the manger there Pieter or whoever is full of nonsense he laughed and twisted my words and took videos of me while I was complaining about how they handling my situation!!! Second hand cars!! This was a ripoff and I have learned the hard way!! And I was wondering why it only sold to women because we are clueless and a lot of us are being ripped off by these people. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE RATHER GO TO VW AUDI ect THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Once you sign and take ownership they don’t care after that.

Damaged car
i bought my car on 16/09/2014 from henque motors, and from the very first day i drove it from them it gave me serious problem like leaking oil and water, making a funny noise in the engine but their technician could not find anything wrong with it, but the oil kept on leaking very bad and the noise was increasing louder and louder but Pieter insisted that the noise will go away and turned me away from the dealership refusing to help me, now my car has been stuck since february, and the mecahnical warranty wants full service history of that car and the dealership has still not provieded me with the service history, and ive been asking for the service book of my car since the day i bought it but they keep on saying they will send it to me, ive also asked for a spare key but nothing, please help.
