No Refund and Pathetic service
If you want pathetic service you are at the right place. Paid them to fix my ECU. Needed to take it back to them three times since on all occasions it was not in a working order. The last call from them, "Sorry we can't get it fixed" Now simply just asking for a refund for the service they couldn't deliver no answers not reply or comments. Wasted 3 months of my time and out of pocket. Had to paid another company again to fix it. My matter with them is no moving to legal .

Don't be fooled
4 weeks later and still no payout. Excuses excuses. Claim not even finalised. Now investigating intrest shortfall even though it clearly has been selected and stands on their documents. Don't be fool. You will save a bug but when it comes to claiming end never ends.

Bad service from First Car rental Pomona
We have rented a car from them. It is now almost 2 month later and our deposit has not been returned. I have been there 3 times and phoned 4 times with no joy.
