Bad Service
I handed my car to Shaun van Der Vywer ***ner of “Precision automotive Masterwork’s”) in March 2025 for repairs. Shaun informed me that both my ECU and BCM units were faulty and needed to be sent for repairs ECU was sent to ECU REMAN and the BCM sent to AUTO ELECTRONIC. I was quoted and paid upfront for these repairs. No Invoices, Receipts or job cards were ever provided to me despite multiple requests. After the supposed repairs the Vehicle continued to have issues. Shaun continued to request more parts etc. Which I provided. Despite ongoing follow-ups, I received no updates, no formal communication or proof of work done. I visited the workshop personally and discovered that my vehicle was not there. An employee at the workshop informed me that Shaun had sent my car to another Workshop without informing me or requesting permission. I located my vehicle at this third party. When I inspected the vehicle, it had been stripped of parts including covers and components and was in worse condition than when I had left it. I contacted both ECU REMAN and AUTO ELECTRONIC, and they refuse to confirm or deny whether my ECU and BCM had ever been sent to them or preparties raises serious concerns about whether those services were ever rendered. I believe I am the victim of *****, as funds were taken under false pretenses for repairs that were either not done or not necessary. My vehicle was moved and worked on without my consent, which amounts to unauthorized use of property. Mycar was returned in a stripped condition and some parts are missing (theft and/or vandalism)

ECU **** repair shop in Edenvale.
I took my ECU from a Honda motorcycle in for repair. I was told I needed to pay to test the unit which I did before leaving there premises. I was also told I would have a report in one or 2 days. After numerous calls and messages and nearly a week later I was send a WhatsApp saying my ECU is dead. That's it. I believe these people have set up a **** business and don't even look at the ECU's. All they do is take peoples money and put the ECU's in the back for a few days before saying the cannot repair anything. My advice is to steer well clear. Someone should actually investigate these people.

******.... No refunds.... Poor service
I sent my ecu to them they tested it and claimed they could fix it. I made payment and they sent it back to me only to find that it is still the same problem my car is not starting. Went to another company and the tested the fixed ecu but it was dead. I bought a second hand ecu from the new guys and my car started same time. They refuse to give me a refund.

Dirty dogs Auto ecu
I thought they were professional and could repair my computer box.. My car was starting before I sent it there. When I got the box back my car couldn't start. They gave me some ridiculous price for a new lock set saying they can't fix mine. And when I went to buy a lock set at a reliable source many people suggested.. He charged me half the price and said that auto ecu. Rob and ****** have been *****ing from clients. I hope they feel the pain of what they do to other people. Dirty dogs.

No Refund and Pathetic service
If you want pathetic service you are at the right place. Paid them to fix my ECU. Needed to take it back to them three times since on all occasions it was not in a working order. The last call from them, "Sorry we can't get it fixed" Now simply just asking for a refund for the service they couldn't deliver no answers not reply or comments. Wasted 3 months of my time and out of pocket. Had to paid another company again to fix it. My matter with them is no moving to legal .

UNPROFFESIONAL TECHNICIANS
SHORT DISCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT: I sent through a ECU for testing - Vehicle is not starting and reporting on the 02-03-23. I received a report saying the ECU is fine and I was given a report with it but they advised the ECU has a immobiliser so they can to a bypass we asked how they gave us a price and we said okay. We paid via EFT R 2850.00 and picked up the ECU , went to the truck and the ECU did not work they said bring it back they will have look at it bearing in mind there was no report issued to us after the software upgrade was done to the unit. We took the unit back and after 1 week they come back to us saying that they cant fix it they don`t know what is wrong with it. They said the unit unit came back without a CANBUS but that was the initial problem. We sent emails back and forth and they said they will to do a refund but they will charge me 30% handling fee. I searched their terms and conditions on their website and on the invoice it did not state that anywhere. So on the 15th they confirm that I must go the legal route they will not refund me and they will not communicate with me so they blocked me on WhatsApp and they will not give me the Director details so I am dealing with the receptionist.

Worst Service and no refund
My Renault Computer Box was sent to Auto Electronics for repair as it was starting and running and then as soon as its temp got high, it it would cut out. It was sent to them for checkup early October 2022, they tested it and said that there is no problem with it and that they are going to send it back, a week later they responded and said they are going to take of the immobilizer part and there should be no further problem. received the box back end of October 2022 and the box did not want to work at all, seems like it was completely wiped.... sent it back to them to fix their mistake early november 2022, and received the box back Saturday 12 November 2022 and still nothing it does not work. We have paid a total of R2300 to auto electronics and courier cost of R1000 and are now sitting with a computer box that does not work at all. Do not use this business I dont think they know what they are doing.
