SHORT DISCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT: I sent through a ECU for testing - Vehicle is not starting and reporting on the 02-03-23. I received a report saying the ECU is fine and I was given a report with it but they advised the ECU has a immobiliser so they can to a bypass we asked how they gave us a price and we said okay. We paid via EFT R 2850.00 and picked up the ECU , went to the truck and the ECU did not work they said bring it back they will have look at it bearing in mind there was no report issued to us after the software upgrade was done to the unit. We took the unit back and after 1 week they come back to us saying that they cant fix it they don`t know what is wrong with it. They said the unit unit came back without a CANBUS but that was the initial problem. We sent emails back and forth and they said they will to do a refund but they will charge me 30% handling fee. I searched their terms and conditions on their website and on the invoice it did not state that anywhere. So on the 15th they confirm that I must go the legal route they will not refund me and they will not communicate with me so they blocked me on WhatsApp and they will not give me the Director details so I am dealing with the receptionist.
