Bad Service
I handed my car to Shaun van Der Vywer ***ner of “Precision automotive Masterwork’s”) in March 2025 for repairs. Shaun informed me that both my ECU and BCM units were faulty and needed to be sent for repairs ECU was sent to ECU REMAN and the BCM sent to AUTO ELECTRONIC. I was quoted and paid upfront for these repairs. No Invoices, Receipts or job cards were ever provided to me despite multiple requests. After the supposed repairs the Vehicle continued to have issues. Shaun continued to request more parts etc. Which I provided. Despite ongoing follow-ups, I received no updates, no formal communication or proof of work done. I visited the workshop personally and discovered that my vehicle was not there. An employee at the workshop informed me that Shaun had sent my car to another Workshop without informing me or requesting permission. I located my vehicle at this third party. When I inspected the vehicle, it had been stripped of parts including covers and components and was in worse condition than when I had left it. I contacted both ECU REMAN and AUTO ELECTRONIC, and they refuse to confirm or deny whether my ECU and BCM had ever been sent to them or preparties raises serious concerns about whether those services were ever rendered. I believe I am the victim of *****, as funds were taken under false pretenses for repairs that were either not done or not necessary. My vehicle was moved and worked on without my consent, which amounts to unauthorized use of property. Mycar was returned in a stripped condition and some parts are missing (theft and/or vandalism)

Poor after sales
Poor after sales, after we bought a car from Varnfield, we noticed some issues covered in the 6month warranty. Some of them were sorted, the rest they just ignore, I will definitely not recommend this company to anybody. Sales person is so helpful before the sale, after you have to struggle to get things sorted.

Empty promises
I'm so sick and tired of Screamer, I've been with them for +- 4 years, the last 2 years I'm paying for a tv box with Netflix and IPTV. IPTV have never ever worked, but i'm paying Netflix they have to log me in every week I've been phoning and emailing the offices so many time, with no feedback

No Signal Due to MTN not paying their rent
I would like to address a serious problem. We are from Eloff (Mpumalanga), and ever since December 2022 we have NO signal. Not just low or bad signal, NO Signal NOTHING. So when I started to investigate this situation, it was brought to my attention that the reason for the NO SIGNAL is due to The Landlord disconnecting the Mtn towers on the silo, Due to MTN not paying their rent to the land lord. Now my big question is. Why should I pay a contract fee towards MTN if they are not paying their rent, causing me and everybody in a radius of 15km around me not to have signal for the last 2 months? This is unacceptable, I’m a paying customer, and I expect to have the benefits that I’m paying for.

SMEG poor quality
Poor quality, For the amount of money we pay for a SMEG appliances I really expected a long life satisfaction. My SMEG kettle is different shades of Mint Green. Looks like a cheap kettle I could have bought from a China shop for under R200. Instead I paid around R3k for the so called great product SMEG. NEVER AGAIN

NO DELIVERY FOR MONTHS
No delivery for MONTHS I've ordered from Doll me Up (now Emmelines) in April and still waiting for my delivery. Now they have changed their name from Doll me up to Emmelines fashion. According to the owner they do not have money to refund me. If my order was never placed, where is my money then???
