I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received from the technician representing Screamer Telecoms during a recent service visit. The conduct and quality of service rendered fell below acceptable professional standards and did not meet the level of service reasonably expected from your company. The technician assigned to my matter attended on Thursday; however, the service was interrupted due to rain. He returned again on Saturday between 14:44 and 15:00, but during this visit he did not spend even 15 minutes attempting to resolve the signal issue. What is particularly concerning is that I have witnessed the same company assisting a neighbour in the same vicinity for approximately two hours until the signal was successfully restored. This raises concern as to why my case was handled differently despite being within the same area and facing what appears to be a similar issue. The manner in which this matter was handled has caused unnecessary inconvenience, delay, and frustration. I therefore request that this matter be formally investigated and that corrective action be taken to ensure that I receive the required service and to prevent similar incidents from occurring in future, whether to myself or other customers. I trust that this complaint will receive urgent attention and that the matter will be resolved promptly.

wifi has been on and off since early morning. Can you please fix it cause you guys are quick to put off, but when there is actually a problem, you'll ignore us or take long to provide us with answers Or you simply don't answer your phone's calls

Where do I start technical issues are endless technical support is impossible to get ahold of as a paying customer it is so bad that we don't have support next is the internet never works rite and when you finally speel to someone the answer is il call you back which they never do I've spent every Linate from my contract almost every month trying to call them and they they can't fix the issue or at least give answers I do not suggest this network to anyone to take horable service

I have a problem with aerial that moves and make noise i sent email on 19 Jan do follow up by calling on the 23 Jan to date I have not received and respond from their side. some company their service is very bad 👎 but comes to debit your money they don't look back. I only got reference number but never done follow up from my side
