Debtbusters insurance department is the worst off all, there is just no service from at all, you can phone them multiple times but never gets an answer. Ntombizivumile Maram, are giving poor service to the customers, ive send multiple emails, and just dont get a response back.
They suck.. i wanted to use there services but they rep**** 3 weeks later..i idont waste my time on bussiness that donr want bussines.. There are soo many internet services. Uou already lost one.and i know i am not the only one..ylu commication sucks bad...
Ive been struggling with showspace and defy for almost two months ago now. Still did not got any phone cals or service from them..utterly poor service. I feel like have been ****med from them. Worst place to buy.
I bought an item from showspace, received it broken in its package. Now showspace are waiting for the rep who is not responding to there emails. I sent him message on whatsup. I can see clearly his online but not replying nor responding. Is this the service from defy employees.. bad service very poor
The worst online company ever. They send you broken items. They dont answer there phones, they give you always lame excuses on email when they evetually reply, maybe once a week..its been almost a month now and still strugging to get my item replaced. .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. U WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED
Not happy with them..i received my item broken on arrival..emailed them the next day and received feedback that they would email me back for collection, ive emailed them again, tried phoning them but the line went straight to voicemail. Have not heard anything from them again. After they told me that they would sort this out..poor service Comminication and good products is the key for good rating.
Good day.. Im really getting tires now of you guys..hoe many times must I phone you and tell you to CANCEL my subscribtion..its been 2 minths since i been telling to cancel. Ibe even write a online cancellation form but still you sending me demwnds for payment..worst sercice provider ever
Its been 2 weeks now and still have not received my order not even a sms, email.or phone call about my order. Everytime ai call rhey cannot tell me when it will be devilered or they dont asnwer there phones.. and makro is not helpimg at all since I bought the item from them
I will never buy online again. Its been 10 days now and not reveived my product nor did i receive any info about its whereabouts. So i had to phone makro to here whats going on..they even dont know. I was giving the courier number and waybill number to sort it out myself. Now the courier cant even tell me when my package will be devilered. **** poor service and commication.
