The way Showspace.co.za do things they seems like a **** because they are untrusted, imagine till today they never respond and they contact is not working is anyone had a same problem please advice what to do

I write this massage for disappointed, kindly please refund me, after paying all my installment Showspace dont pick up my call and dont respond to my massages, can anyone can help to get back my money

i am very disappointed about the service, this guys are good at ignoring their customers, i last week i sent an email they never respond back, how can i get back my refund, im giving you an advice, never buy any thing to this people

Angry is an understatement, at this point i am livid, i do not understand why i havent received my order from the 22nd of December and when i try to track my order, its showing theres no orders while ive paid in full and when i call no one answers please get back to me ASAP or process my refund now!!! π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π π π π π π€¬π€¬

The worst online company ever. They send you broken items. They dont answer there phones, they give you always lame excuses on email when they evetually reply, maybe once a week..its been almost a month now and still strugging to get my item replaced. .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. U WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED

Not happy with them..i received my item broken on arrival..emailed them the next day and received feedback that they would email me back for collection, ive emailed them again, tried phoning them but the line went straight to voicemail. Have not heard anything from them again. After they told me that they would sort this out..poor service Comminication and good products is the key for good rating.

I bought speakers worth R3k and the only email I received was order and payment acknowledgement. Thereafter, Iβve tried to phone and the number rings unanswered and this is all the time. I sent an email to their support mail and I received a mail back saying, I should raise a ticket on their website in order for them to assist but after I had done that it says I have no orders on the system. So in essence I have no means to track my order and to top it off, they have no offices in Joburg so I canβt physically go query this issue. My purchase was done on the 8th of October today itβs the 25th with no communication whatsoever.
