Poor after sales
Poor after sales, after we bought a car from Varnfield, we noticed some issues covered in the 6month warranty. Some of them were sorted, the rest they just ignore, I will definitely not recommend this company to anybody. Sales person is so helpful before the sale, after you have to struggle to get things sorted.

Excellent after sales service 👏🏽
Really blown away with this dealership in Pretoria North. Was sceptical at first with regard to buying from another region. However Wayne sold me the car with the reassurance that if there are any issues, they will refer me to places close to me that will resolve at their cost. When I brought to their attention issues, both Wayne and Andrew ***ner of the dealership) were so quick to respond. I will definitely recommend them as a 5 star dealership. Service excellence at its best.

Dishonesty and total lack of Integrity.
Martin Joubert salesman and I agreed on the sale of a Cruiser with a holding deposit to be paid before of on 28/6/2024. On that morning I got a WA saying I must not pay the deposit, 'they' sold the car the previous day. I have WA's from him agreeing and promise to send the contract and invoice. which he did and I returned the duly signed doc's as requested. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST CROWD! THEY HAVE NO HONESTY AND INTEGRITY AT ALL. I am in consultation with my lawyers to enforce this agreement.
