Despite having previously done a review on hellopeter about this business accepting an order which was paid for and followed up on the said order it has still not been received neither have we had a courtesy of any reply so basically it appears they have ****** our money. Is there any other option available to us to force them to either send us the Item ordered or get them to refund

BAD SERVICE FROM EMMALINES CLOTHING.
I am still waiting for my order placed a month ago! I’ve sent 2 emails with no feedback. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. There will definitely not be a next time.

Ridiculous and unacceptable service.
Placed an order late December 25 with this company and despite having numerous calls and sending emails & whatsapps to Francois who has still not sent it despite promising to do so and offering every excuse under the sun. What a poor company to deal with so be careful when ordering from them as you are not likely to receive your order as they seem to be extremely dishonest

UNWORTHY OF ANY SUPPORT!
If it was an option, it would be NO STARS!! The owner of this company is the most unprofessional, rude person! I ordered 2 x pairs of jeans and when they arrived, one fitted and one didn't - different cuts. I asked to exchange 1 pair, for something else and was told "policy does not refund on change of heart. Why order them then"! They dont deserve to be in business!

Received my order today and it was correct, however I had send a horrible message to the sales rep or whoever does the orders just to get my reference number. Communication regarding whether the order was received/placed was vague. Even though I received my order and it was correct, I will not be placing an order with this online store again. I will rather pay a little extra and receive better communication regarding the progress of my order.

Do not order from this place!!!
I experienced significant delays with my order, having to wait over six weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, the quality of the items did not meet my expectations and was not worth the cost. I found that similar products could be purchased for a much lower price from other retailers like Shein or Temu. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the owner during my interactions. Therefore, I would advise against placing an order with this business.
