Total ****! Ordered almost 7 weeks ago with no delivery and zero communication or response to queries and emails. Taking this further as they are doing nothing but ***** people's money. Sad that Payflex is affiliated with them.

I purchased 2 dresses 8 February still did not receive it, when I asked them for a refund as per their policy if you do not receive your package in 30 days you will get a refund, they told me no refund will be done. Now I'm emailing and chat on WhatsApp and no reply R 1,465.20 was paid in full and now they refuse to refund me and they do not deliver my items.

Despite having previously done a review on hellopeter about this business accepting an order which was paid for and followed up on the said order it has still not been received neither have we had a courtesy of any reply so basically it appears they have ****** our money. Is there any other option available to us to force them to either send us the Item ordered or get them to refund

I am still waiting for my order placed a month ago! I’ve sent 2 emails with no feedback. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. There will definitely not be a next time.

Placed an order late December 25 with this company and despite having numerous calls and sending emails & whatsapps to Francois who has still not sent it despite promising to do so and offering every excuse under the sun. What a poor company to deal with so be careful when ordering from them as you are not likely to receive your order as they seem to be extremely dishonest

If it was an option, it would be NO STARS!! The owner of this company is the most unprofessional, rude person! I ordered 2 x pairs of jeans and when they arrived, one fitted and one didn't - different cuts. I asked to exchange 1 pair, for something else and was told "policy does not refund on change of heart. Why order them then"! They dont deserve to be in business!
