Despite having previously done a review on hellopeter about this business accepting an order which was paid for and followed up on the said order it has still not been received neither have we had a courtesy of any reply so basically it appears they have ****** our money. Is there any other option available to us to force them to either send us the Item ordered or get them to refund
Placed an order late December 25 with this company and despite having numerous calls and sending emails & whatsapps to Francois who has still not sent it despite promising to do so and offering every excuse under the sun. What a poor company to deal with so be careful when ordering from them as you are not likely to receive your order as they seem to be extremely dishonest
One of my employees did not receive funds when drawing it at an ATM and despite me trying to resolve this on his behalf and sending numerous emails to their customer service they just choose to ignore them as they obviously just don't care at all. He may possibly have been ****med at the ATM but it is the pure lack of empathy or concern they show is the problem but i suppose he is just another number to them so why should they care
I find it difficult to believe just how unfriendly and unhelpful the staff at both the MTN White River and MTN Ilanga Mall are and am surprised how these employees retain their positions and why anybody would want to do business with these outlets
Had my service transferred from one home to another which too about 10 days for response,After eventually getting this done had totally erratic connection Been trying another week to get the, out to repair but without success Now received a letter confirming my service suspended as I have not paid R500 fee.Quite ridiculous to say the least to suspend a service I have never had
On the 24th January we were advised by S Xabu of PAXI two of our parcels were looted and they would update us once case was investigated.Despite us send several emails and making numerous calls we have had not had the courtesy of any form of response yer.What a disgrace that a company can treat their clients in this manner
My elderly mom requested I assist her cash in some of her ABSA shares @ ABSA Equity and despite having sent four emails over the last three weeks to seek guidance on the methodology to do so I have not had the courtesy of any reply whatsoever
