Disappointed in Payflex supporting and being affiliated with a company who does not deliver the goods ordered. I placed and paid for an order 7 weeks ago from Emmeline's Fashion with no delivery and have sent numerous emails and messages to both the supplier and Payflex with no response. Paying for goods that you don't receive is unacceptable. In future I will rather buy from stores and companies who make use of PayJustNow.
Total ****! Ordered almost 7 weeks ago with no delivery and zero communication or response to queries and emails. Taking this further as they are doing nothing but ***** people's money. Sad that Payflex is affiliated with them.
<p>I went in to the Clearwater mall branch Yesterday (9/06) and was so disappointed by the lack of customer care and willingness to assist. I enquired about and earlier upgrade and penalties applicable as the call centre informed me it could be done in September and I lost my handset in a robbery.</p> <p>I was assisted by a Tobile and she merely said the earliest is November. I then asked if she could assist with details of my contract as I would like to double check the dates myself. I was rudely told that Telkom does not keep ANY records of its customers and she couldn't print me anything, not even a statement. HOW is this acceptable? When I complained and questioned that, she proceeded to speak to her colleague in her own language which I obviously do not understand. </p> <p>I have never had any bad service from Telkom and have always been happy with that particular store's service, but I was so disappointed and am now actually just considering cancelling my contract alltogether and moving to another supplier if this is how Telkom's staff treat their customers.</p>
On 24 Oct 2015 Coricraft wrongfully re-added returned goods to my account for the amount of R2252. Having had a debit order, the amount increased with R90pm for the goods which I DO NOT HAVE and after numerous unsuccessful phonecalls and emails, I stopped the debit order and continued to pay the correct amount of R657 which I was eventually assured is now correct. Now RCS phones and asks when I will make the short payment of R819? They cannot however tell me why that amount is so high, just due to interest and admin costs!! Admin costs for what?!!<br> I need this account sorted out ASAP as no one in the so called customer care departments even bothered to reply to emails and requests to have this sorted out. In future I will definitely NOT buy from Coricraft and will advise others not to either. It's totally unacceptable and unprofessional! Coricraft is supposedly an upmarket store, but the after-sale support and customer care is zero. Disgusting and utterly disappointed!
