Under new Management and great improvement
They have new Management and although they are trying to sort out the mess left by the previous employees I understand that change will not happen overnight. After reading the reviews I was unsure but ordered something small first time. I got tracking numbers and every time I contacted them via email or WhatsApp, I received feedback THE SAME DAY. That was not what I expected so I ordered something more expensive and I got the same result. So maybe there is hope.

Wrong item delivered - nobody reachable to resolve this
I ordered 2 devices, very clearly described on their website as being ewelink / sonoff devices. What arrived are Tuya compatible devices - which are of no use to me. Nobody answers either phone number. Both whatsapp numbers are ignored. Both emails get no reply. Whilst yes - I did receive something, this is not what I ordered, and not due to my fault - and these people are nowhere to be found to rectify their issue.

Beware: **** Company
Although they appear to have a 'genuine' website, with 2 contact numbers and 2 emails addresses, as well as an option to contact them directly from their site, they do not respond to emails, phone calls or messages - take your money and don't deliver any goods! I wish I had checked out online reviews before purchasing and I admit to having been taken in by the fact that they looked 'for real' on their website! So bad that they can get away with this.

Not updating me on claim giving same excuse
Did report this to Henra Civil Contractors on the 12/04/2024, they kept on asking for my details which I did give to them. They suddenly did respond by wanting pictures and quotations, which I did send to them, then the lady from AC & E Engineering Underwriting Managers made contact with me, requested the same information, police reports. I did send all that last November already to her, than afterwards when I follow up they kept on giving me the same excuse till today "Good morning Rudy, I trust this email finds you well. Please be advised that we are still awaiting information and documentation from our insured to enable us to duly assess the claim."

Zero customer service!!!
I'm not one to write reviews but unfortunately I have no other option. I should have read the previous reviewers before buying. I bought an irrigation controller which did not work the way it was supposed to - would not close the solenoid valves. I called and emailed several times requesting a replacement\alternative unit, with absolutely no response or acknowledgement. I ended up buying a new unit elsewhere and problem solved. Very disappointing that people open a business but have no regard for their customers. Won't be buying here again.

I recently come across this company intending to followup on an order delivery tracking for a friend who is been away asking me to trace the order to ensure not missing the due delivery of the parcel expected to be sent by Henroc Tecnologies . The experience has been amazingly hellish with extreme disappointment of their total disregards to the basic needs of their clients in process of service . They have a website with clear details of their contacts being email address phone and what's app link numbers to link up when needed but!! A Big But. Absolute no response what so ever to their clients begging emails , whatsapp and SMS messages repeated attempt to contact via indicated phone numbers on the websites and so on just to establish if the confirmed and paid order is being processed snd that tracking details as to the day and approximate delivery timing of the parcel to insure being available at the reciev8ng address for collection . Without going intobsny further detail my vote of service to this company is minus 100 . The lowest of the low I've ever experienced. I suggest the name of the company should change to ""Hellroc tech" .instead of Henroc tech.. it would be more suitable to what the company is to their clients I assume. I hope to God I never get into any situation in having to use any products from this company.
