The most pathetic service. My daughter bought a TV online on Black Friday special. Failed to deliver, then eventually sent message Tshegofatso Kutumela sent message saying they do not have stock in Gaureng and are not willing to source from another province. Surely when payment is received stock is allocated. She then said we must request a refund. Absolutely useless and unwilling to help. Order no 301471354
I bought Tuya Smart Garage Door Opener. No hassles. Processed immediately and delivered next day. Opener was easy to install and works well
I am trying to give this business 5 stars but Hello Peter site has issues. Good prices and fantastic service from Tuya Smarthome (ie HenracTech). Ordered on Friday morning, delivered Monday midday.
My profiles were blocked by consultant due to someone trying to access my profile. But now the branch is clueless how to reactivate the profiles. Absolute disaster. Cannot access my accounts via internet banking, nor banking app or atm. Cards were also blocked so have zero access to funds and can make no payments. Nedbank is a pathetic bank
It's a pity that there are so few reviews here for Solarway Suppliers, especially considering that they are one of the few reputable suppliers that offer good prices and incredible service. 4.8/5.0 from over 1200 reviews on Google says it all. I can honestly highly recommend them.
Reliable business with good prices and excellent service. Wide range of products for Camera enthusiasts. Order was processed and delivered quickly, and I was kept updated about progress of order.
My wife and I have both been to Jaco Swart for physio a number of times. He is passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable and explains in detail what is wrong, why and how he will treat you. Him and everyone at the practice in Issie Smuts Street, Pretoria are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them
When we placed our initial order in August 2022, everything went very well. Ordered the Friday, goods delivered on Monday and installation began on the Wednesday. But due to a bad installer hired by Skynat, and the solar panels not being what we ordered, things went sour. After 6 months of promises to sort out the problems, I am glad to say that Peter kept his word. Cash flow problems made it difficult for them to immediately sort out our issues. But we finally received the correct panels and the rails were reattached according to regulations. Peter went out of his way to sort out the things that were not to our satisfaction. I believe that Skynat has the potential to be a great business, but I do get concerned when I see some recurring problems. The installer he sent this time did excellent work. So in spite of the hiccups, we have our fully functional solar system.
<div>We ordered the system on Friday 12 August 2022. Was delivered on Monday late afternoon. We were kept informed via Whatsapp. The electrician/installer arrived midday Tuesday with two helpers and all seemingly went well. A long review to adequately cover this rip off. 1. I noticed that 3 of the 12 x 650w panels that were delivered did not match the rest. I notified Skynat, who said they would replace them if need be. They delivered 2 mounting brackets (hooks) short, so I paid the installer to buy 2 more so that the job can at least carry on. And then the problems just escalated. 2. The electrician/installer hired by them, named Bulelani Saliti, does not know Deye/Sunsynk inverters. Made one mistake after the next. 3. His work was neat but he didn’t know how to install the ct coil. 4. He didn’t know how to wire the inverter for true hybrid. 5. He left out the earth of batteries and communication cables for bms. (Took the comms cables and denied taking them). 6. He did not separate the neutral of grid and inverter load at the main db. 7. They broke one of the panels and kept quiet. From a study of the impact area it seems that one of them actually fell onto the panel. We heard the crash on the roof but when we went outside everything seemed okay. 8. They scratched some of the other panels by sliding them over each other. 9. They broke the ceiling in 2 places in 2 different rooms and broke a roof tile. 10. They wired the panels incorrectly and had to come back to sort it out. 11. Once the system was switched on I noticed that we were not getting the estimated power from the panels. I immediately notified Skynat who said they would look into it, but they never did. But now for the real shocker. 12. The 12 panels are not 650w panels but seem to be 540/5. Yet they were labelled as 650w Bifacial Mono Panels Bi-ESC6 Series. 13. On their website it stated they supply 650w Canadian Solar BiHiKu7 or alternatively 650w Skynat Bi-ESC6 Series panels for R4200, but they are not. The measurement of the physical size of the panels as well as the output correlate with 540/5 panels. BiHiKu7’s measurement is 2384 x 1303 x 35mm and Bi-ESC6’s is 2390 x 1303 x 35mm. The panels they supplied are 2284 x 1135 x 30mm. They are smaller inferior panels sold by Fivestar Wholesalers in Selby, Johannesburg, that they put the Skynat Bi-ESC6 sticker on. Fivestar Wholesalers sells these 650w panels warked as Module Type 72S30-650/MR. They are however not 650w panels and are inferior quality. 14. Skynat has repeatedly failed to supply us with the true specifications and warranties of the panels they actually supplied. They keep on sending us the Bi-ESC6 specs and warranties, which are not for the Fivestar Panels they supplied. Judging from other reviews of Skynat, it seems this is a general problem with them. There is no way they could have made a mistake because as is clear, true 650w panels are larger, thicker and heavier. 15. Peter Salanje from Skynat, in a voice note on Whatsapp, said they would replace the broken panel and add 2 more panels to make up for the incorrect specs of the panels. But needs some time to sort it out. He added that they have considered lowering the output specifications on the labels and on their website, thereby basically admitting they are not 650w panels. To date nothing has changed except they lowered the price to R3800 on their website for a different panel than what they actually supply. 16. In the meantime we have only 5995kwh of the 7800kwh we paid for. And no true commitment from them to supply what we paid for. They need to replace all the panels with the correct ones. 17. But there is more. I repeatedly asked the installer, Bulelani, if they bolted the hooks onto the roof trusses. He first said it is not necessary because the panels are heavy. But after insistence by me, assured me they would. Afterwards I again asked on two occasions if they did, and he reassured my they definitely did, becoming annoyed with me. I eventually climbed up onto the roof and checked for myself. NONE of the hooks (the brackets that attach the rail to the roof structure) have been attached to the beams. So they have simply been slid under the tiles and the 3 structures of 4 panels each, are literally just lying on the beams of the roof. 18. This has huge implications because OutSurance will not cover any damage to the panels or the roof if it is not done according to specifications. 19. I again notified Peter Salanje. He keeps on saying they will sort it out. But unfortunately so far nothing has been done. He just keeps on with delay tactics. Bulelani refused to come and sort out the mess because he says Skynat owes him money. So I had to act quickly and I have cable tied the hooks with heavy duty cable ties (2 per hook) due to the weather forecast predicting strong wind and rain. 20. They are quick to point out the conditions of their warranties, yet our system has not been installed according to their own warranty conditions. 21. We have no proper warranties on the panels, which is crucial. Solar panels have to withstand extreme heat and hail stones of up to 1 inch in diameter. Canadian Solar Panels have a 12 years manufacturers warranty and 30 years linear power performance warranty. The specs of Bi-ESC6 panels are similar. But as I said, we have Fivestar panels that do not match the Bi-ESC6 description. 22. Everything mentioned here has been documented and all communication between the various people backed up on a cloud server. We can prove everything above in a court of law and intend to do so. 23. One of the questions we have, is “how did they manage to get a five star rating as a certified Google five star company?” Google will have to answer that question. 24. Basically they lie, steal, deceive and take short cuts. There is also no after sales service and idle promises are made. They do not supply what they advertise and invoice, especially as far as Solar Panels and the mounting hardware goes. In conclusion, this is not the kind of conduct one would expect from a Christian company “powered by Jesus”. One would expect integrity, and just weights and balances, if anyone wants to use His name. We are in the process of initiating a lawsuit against them at the National Consumer Commission and my advise to anyone considering doing business with Skynat or Peter Solanje, is to steer clear of them. If you have also been scammed by them, you can make a case against them under the National Consumer Protection Act at https://www.thencc.gov.za If they act to sort out all the above mentioned irregularities, we will post it here as well. It is actually an opportunity for them to show their true intentions.</div>
