Scaley Skynat Solar. Beware.
The worst after-sales support ever!! Do not support them. They have mega advertising with great specials and a frontend that looks oh, oh so professional.... quickest install (by a team arriving in a sedan!). They get payment without fully finalising the job! Leave all the empty boxes, crates etc on your premises. Promising to be back the next day. Then "too far to drive without being paid for petrol". System worked for 1-month.... Good luck to every getting hold of anyone since then. Calls and messages avoided . O and they seem to be changing their names continually too. Scaley dealings you dont want to get into.

My installation was done was happy to the response in fitment but they don't send the COC after fitment as per several requests from my side
My installation was done was happy to the response in fitment but they don't send the COC after fitment as per several requests from my side. Its even on there quote COC issued. Eventually I get an independent electrician to come inspect to issue a COC and the installation is a complete joke. No earthing pins and AC wires in the same trucking as DC trucking....too many faults to mention. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CATCHING PEOPLE WITH AMATURE FITMENTS AND THEN YOU WILL NEED TO FIND A CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO FIX IT AND GET IT COMPLIANT!!! Stay away from this company.

**** solar panels
The additional supp**** solar panels are not the same as the ones we initially bought, I only noticed it yesterday as I wanted to mount them up myself on the roof. They’re refusing to exchange them claiming it was not part of the agreement

After sales is NONE EXISTENT!!!
The inverter stopped working and the phone has been radio silent since. The system was initially working perfectly then the inverter started sending an error code a few backs, I reached out to the so called “after sales” team but no one is replying

Really happy with team after service support. They stayed in touch, checked in to see how things were going, and answered my questions without any hassle. Feels good knowing they don’t disappear once the job is done.

At first our thought their discounted kit was a bluff and I showed my husband then he contacted them several months back and we decided to give them a try last week, I’m glad to say it was not a bluff and everything seems to be fine at the moment. The guys wouldn’t let me sleep until I posted a review 😂

So far so good
We recently had a 12kW solar system installed by Skynat Solar Hardware. The installation process was well organised, and the team was professional and easy to work with. Everything is running as expected so far, and the system performance looks good. We’re happy with the experience at this stage and will continue monitoring the system over time. I’ll definitely come back to update this review after a few months of usage.
