The worst after-sales support ever!! Do not support them. They have mega advertising with great specials and a frontend that looks oh, oh so professional.... quickest install (by a team arriving in a sedan!). They get payment without fully finalising the job! Leave all the empty boxes, crates etc on your premises. Promising to be back the next day. Then "too far to drive without being paid for petrol". System worked for 1-month.... Good luck to every getting hold of anyone since then. Calls and messages avoided . O and they seem to be changing their names continually too. Scaley dealings you dont want to get into.
