Wrong item delivered - nobody reachable to resolve this

I ordered 2 devices, very clearly described on their website as being ewelink / sonoff devices. What arrived are Tuya compatible devices - which are of no use to me.

Nobody answers either phone number. Both whatsapp numbers are ignored. Both emails get no reply.

Whilst yes - I did receive something, this is not what I ordered, and not due to my fault - and these people are nowhere to be found to rectify their issue.
