Zero customer service!!!

I'm not one to write reviews but unfortunately I have no other option. I should have read the previous reviewers before buying. I bought an irrigation controller which did not work the way it was supposed to - would not close the solenoid valves. I called and emailed several times requesting a replacement\alternative unit, with absolutely no response or acknowledgement.

I ended up buying a new unit elsewhere and problem solved. Very disappointing that people open a business but have no regard for their customers. Won't be buying here again.
