Quoted 3 weeks for new kitchen, took 14 weeks.

Did not complete full scope (despite full payment) after advising he was not paid on another job and was closing down. We offered to pay for the remaining goods and he just had to complete using himself (approx. 1 - 2 days of his work) but he made no response.

Also we experienced poor workmanship (cut hole for overhang sink too large) and cut bench too short - then glued on a 2 centimetre piece on the end.
