Hensa scamming tenants their rental deposit
They refunded me R750 out of R4500 after months fighting to get my refund. They conduct exit inspection in your absence so that they can fabricate or alleging that there's damages. They are scamming people of the deposit. I will be reporting them to the Estate agent authorities or controlling body.

I'm not satisfied with their bad service
I'm being over charged for things I don't know. I pay 3100 including water monthey but now to my surprise I have to pay 3706 that I've never been informed off. Were do I get such money because I didn't even know fixing my door will cost me so much I was just gonna leave it they didn't even tell I'm gonna pay they just put it now in my bill letter. Please assist this people are ripping us off like nothing. I was never informed of extra costs

keep part of deposit without inspection
<p>We rent a home from Hensa Pietersburg in Marble Hall , whe move in without inspection from agent or owner , I send fault list but nothing was done. In 9 months time 2 of the outside walls colapsed (we reported it a few times) and it wasn't save to stay there , I gave them 2 weeks notice and move out. On 8/12/2016 the house was empty and on 10/12/2016 we hand the keys to the neighbour. After 2 weeks I ask when inspection of house are going to take place because I want my deposit. According to the housing tribunal , inspection must be done within 7 days after moving. After 3 weeks they deduct 10 days of rent from the deposit , and R900.00 for paint for 2 holes that was according to them drilled in the main bedroom. I've mailed them again and said they cant do that because there was no inspection and I will fix the so called holes myself. From there on no word from them. They don't reply to my mail.</p>
