Ordered food from Fishaways in SunnyRocks using UberEats and my order was not delivered. UberEats claims that they attempted calling me and waited 8 minutes at the same office that I have been receiving my previous orders. My order never arrived and they refuse to refund my money for 8 meals over R1100. This is a ****, what happened to my order??? The store confirmed that the order was collected but they couldnt get hold of the driver. I will never use UberEats again!!
I visited your store in Mall@Carnival this afternoon to exchange a dress that I received a gift without a slip. I dealt with a lady- Mbali with a name badge written “Management”. She refused to help me and refused to call the customer service department to verify the information I got from them and said that I should call them with my phone as I initially spoke to them, and this issue has nothing to do with the store. She said the call centre don’t know the issues they deal with in store- therefore, she is not going to authorise for the return/exchange of the dress. She said the call centre and the stores don’t have the same rules/policies. I am so upset by Mbali’s attitude- the manner she spoke and treated me, her arrogant and unprofessional attitude towards me and not being unhelpful. She really doesn’t live up to the Woolies customer promises and the brand values. It is disappointing to experience such treatment from a store that I have supported and trusted for years, more so from a so-called Manager. I have never had such an appalling experience in Woolworths- I felt belittled and undermined. As a customer I should not be affected by the lack of knowledge and the inconsistency on your business rules or policies. What I experienced today has shocked me and left me frustrated.
They go out of their way to make the experience pleasant and memorable. The representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. I am a happy client with a long-standing relationship.
They refunded me R750 out of R4500 after months fighting to get my refund. They conduct exit inspection in your absence so that they can fabricate or alleging that there's damages. They are scamming people of the deposit. I will be reporting them to the Estate agent authorities or controlling body.
As a client I am caught between 2 insurance companies ( Hollard and Dotsure), I submitted a household claim over a month ago. My claim was assigned to Digicall to assess my claim and now none of 2 insurance companies want to finalize my claim. I'm really annoyed and disappointed by the service from both Hollard and Dotsure. I'm now caught in the middle of their business transaction to migration clients from Hollard to Dotsure.. But Dotsure can debit my bank account ?
I regret moving to PMD, it's day 10 & my claim is still not finalized after sending pictures & all the supporting documents.. I'm so frustrated ?.
Customer service does not exist in Shoprite Evaton Mall. I wanted to print tickets that I booked online on computicket, they refused to take a booking reference sent by sms instead the insisted I bring a printed booking email with the same information that was sent via sms. I went to another shoprite and I was assisted without the email printout. I wanted to withdraw my granny's sassa pension, I was asked why did I come so late- that was at 16h50, I was fromwork & they refused to help me. I wanted to send some of that money to Lesotho using shoprite money market. But still refused to help me... Then I want to pay my municipal accounts (3) amounting to R4950, I was told that the amount is too huge and they don't accept payments for that amount using a bank cards bcoz I could be a fraudster. I showed them my ID document, the utility bills are in my name and I was using my embossed card with my name on it... so I can be a fraudster??? The people working at Evaton are the most useless, stupid people, with no commonsense. The caliber of the staff is really disappointing, they clearly don't know how to treat customers fairly. I now realize that all these jokes on social media about shoprite staff is actually true and I had a first hand experience. There's no respect for customers, nor a sense of urgency. There's no consistency in their stores... I think they just pick up school drop out and put them on the till without training them... They forget that they dealing with professionals & not idiots like them. ... This is the reason Shoprite will NEVER BE the best shop of the year... I'm so disgusted by how black people treat others people
