Fermented Juice

Bought a 3 litre from Henties directly in Stikland and after 1.5 weeks it started fermenting.l and forming bubbles like its off. The juice was stored in a cool area along with the others but only the apple juice seems to be a problem. Imagine i had my kids drink that, really bad and concerning.
