FC in Brackenfell, what a disgrace... Literally put in an order and 3min later the driver had collected the food, it arrived in record breaking time but as suspected, the food was not fresh at all, not warm or crispy and you suppose to pride yourselves on fresh good food, Im very upset
Today I was reminded why Rocomamas is a bad choice when deciding what to eat, I did not get good value for my money, the bun was stale and fell apart as you pick up the burger, the excessive use of mustard was to mask the fact that the patty itself lacked any seasonings. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Only reason why its a 2 star rating is because the food was very well assembled and neatly presented in its container and bag. KFC Brackenfell, advertised this Orea krusher burger combo and the burger I got was a dry stale kiddies burger with no sauce, no tomato and the lettuce is laying under the burger. This is unforgivable! R95 for a cold meal and missing parts of the burger. I would fire all staff as this could not have been a mistake, you forget just the tomato, fare enough but sauce as well!!!! and dont even have the decency to put the lettuce on the bun. I hope this comes out at your head office to investigate whats really going on at this branch!
Old mutual has a history of stopping clients debits from going off to collect the installment and as a result the cancel your policy and without telephoic contact and have a clause in the contract saying that if your policy lapses then the contract will be terminated and all funds that have been paid will for forfeited and u as the client dont see a single cent even if you been paying for years. These are your modern day crooks that dont care how they deatroy peoples lives with these shady tactics
Probably the worst company to peg your life inaurance with, how do i pay for 2 years on a life policy then only get informed that its a life policy which is only for 20 years (Greenlight policy), i then requested to be moved over to a new policy wgich will cover my entire lifeapan and was told that all funds paid over the last 2 years will fall away and i must start afresh... Daylight robbery but went ahead and then they doubled deduct me for both policies even though i had to send email to requeat cancellation of the 1, still double deduct and now i have no policy because of bad service and due to reversing the funds everytime. They wont even reimburse me a portion for all the premiums paid even though no claim was made. Bad service and even worse when u reps dont inform you of everything u must know when taki g a policy with you. Shame on u!
The place looks alot different since i been there but the changes made gives thr place a really good and sleak look, the atmosphere is always good and would really like to point out that staff member Chelsea was brilliant, very polite, approachable, always smiling and excellent service! Please get 5 more of her
I would like to give a big thank to the 2 women at the Zevenwacht Mall branch who had put in the maximum effort to try and assist me with getting my account issue resolved. Naeema and Rougshana, thank for being patient, understanding and giving me the service that have not experience in a really long time, yalal were brilliant.
Payment was made towards my bond, thrn the bank deducted the bond amount as well, i asked for the 2nd payment to be reversed and they told me once i supplied them with the required letter signed by myself and partner, it will be revered into my account in 3 working days, its been 4 days and i called, they now say 7 working days. I am sick and i cant even go to the doctor because i dont have any funds, their processes are slow and they dont know how to attend to matters with urgency
Capitec has placed my account on hold due to receiving funds from someone who is suspected of fraud. This has nothing to do with me. I was in a wedding and had to collect suites, I asked this person to send me the money so I may collect his suit. I cannot believe they are telling me that it may take longer than 14 days for their investigation. What happens to all the bills that I must pay, what about the interest they I will in incur for my bond not going off on the 28th. I need the issue addressed asap and all additional cost, fees and interest will need to be compensated for. This is absolutely is absolutely mind blowing to think that you can just do this without confirming things with me first, if you need any evidence to aid with correcting my account please let me know but I cannot have this take 14 days unless you compensate me with the above mentioned.
The restaurants dobt follow instructions and Mr D do not hold them accountable, same things when food gets to you like it was in a tumble dryer, they do not acknowledge that the client isnt happy but instead tell me why they cannot be held liable. Dont focus on profits only, focus on cliebt satisfaction, your standards have clearly gone from low to none
