Henwood beds worst bed ever

Worst mistake of my life I wish I could say my experience has been positive, but it has been a nightmare.

Around 2 weeks after we slept on the mattress, the bed started making dents where we slept. We thought we would give it some time, turning the mattress as they stated we should, but I kept getting pins and needles and the dents became so deep, I couldn’t move out of them or even turn around without waking up. It has gotten so bad that there is this big bulge in the middle of the mattress (so you can forget about cuddling) and it takes physical effort to get out of bed due to the dents.

We have been fighting for over 2 months to get this bed returned, they have excuse after excuse and they actually tell us all this is “normal”…

This R25 000 for a mattress only purchase was the worst mistake of my life. Imagine you can’t sleep because the bed made this deep crater and you can’t turn around?

The bed shop springfield park durban , pumie the sales lady keeps telling me the mattress should not do this - but on email they keep telling me this is normal. I don’t know what to do anymore except write a review at 3am because I can’t sleep. Me and hubby waking up with aches and pains every morning, we even bought a matress topper worth R5000 to see if there will be a difference, I will not leave this matter here as R25 000 is not small money.

The bed store send us a used and dirty matress before I have all proof !!!!

Would never recommend.
