Scammers

Scammers. Booked via booking.com and made payment. Afterwards I was told about the refundable breakage deposit fee. Nothing was broken, apartments were cleaned. Only to receive my deposit R500 short, nothing was communicated until I asked and I was told its because of the late checkout. I was never given any gime nothing, just money deducted from my account?!
