Behind the times. Disgraceful service!

Overstrand Traffic Department is a disgrace!!. I was told by a customer from Cape Town that the service in Herm**** is disgraceful. The senior citizens do not get preferential treatment, there are no chairs, and if additional documents were required and you returned the same day, you would need to stand in the back of the queue once again. In Cape Town they have a ticket system, senior citizens get preferential treatment, and no long queues, no stress!. Considering it's a widespread area that the Overstrand Traffic Department covers, they should be on top of it!!. I'm already dreading Friday, when I need to accompany my dad to renew his driver's license!...
