I am absolutely disgusted by the service we received from HEROTEL Stellenbosch. My husband works from home and we app**** to switch to fiber. They came out and said they wil be back in couple of days. That was at the start of June. We have yet to have HEROTEL Stellenbosch come and switch the fiber and they don't even respond to request. Is it because we don't live in an affluent area? Because the service would have been much faster and efficient. Case number 606633
