I am disgusted by the horrible service we received. My husband logged a call for our wifi that was off. Someone was supposed to contact us and come check out what is wrong. We have yet to be contacted. He works from hom so I am not happy about this!!!

This is the third time in 3 months that my Fiber connection goes down. Every time Snowball takes 3 days to get my Internet back, and no explanation whatsoever as to what happened or what was done to fix the problem.

I am absolutely disgusted by the service we received from HEROTEL Stellenbosch. My husband works from home and we app**** to switch to fiber. They came out and said they wil be back in couple of days. That was at the start of June. We have yet to have HEROTEL Stellenbosch come and switch the fiber and they don't even respond to request. Is it because we don't live in an affluent area? Because the service would have been much faster and efficient. Case number 606633

The worst of the worst service! Firstly - auto phone recording confirm zero callers ahead - still awaiting 10 min before somebody answer the call, Secondly - when logged a service complaint - nobody recall back to check if problem been resolved Thirdly - a bad service complaint been logged this morning at 09:47 - still no calls received! NO MANAGERS ARE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST CLIENTS!

On 21 October we received invoice SBINV0428447 for R 1,998.00. Stating WiFi and Fiber. I would like to know how are you charging for fiber if it is not connected. You better refund my husband's bank account or I will be taking further action because you are charging me for a service that I am not using. We have the wifi of R999 per month. You need to sort out your accounts department as this is unlawful and unethical

They do not even deserve one star, they are pathetic and not helpful at all.. wanted to downgrade while busy with renovations, they only got back after they deducted their money already and now apparently the downgrade will only happen next month when we back in our house and no longer needed.
