The worst of the worst service! Firstly - auto phone recording confirm zero callers ahead - still awaiting 10 min before somebody answer the call, Secondly - when logged a service complaint - nobody recall back to check if problem been resolved Thirdly - a bad service complaint been logged this morning at 09:47 - still no calls received! NO MANAGERS ARE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST CLIENTS!
