PLEASE DO NOT JOIN HEROTEL I have been struggling with them for the past few months i had a 100mbps line which I upgraded to a 200mb they have been struggling to fix my line and nun of their tech department knew how to fix it and the amount of packet loss I receive during 6pm until 11pm is ridicules and again they don't know how to fix it and if you ask for a manager they don't dare to interact with customers they are clueless as well if it wasn't for herotels field team they would be out of business cause they actually know how to do their jobs IF YOU ARE A GAMER PLEASE DONT JOIN HEROTEL you will sit with a headache cause non of them know how to fix a issue they only know how to speed test I promise you I
