Don't use these fly by nights

Really unprofessional, first they sent a young technician that broke my fridge cover in an attempt to open it to get to the electronics. He did not do anything to fix it. Then they came again to test the PC board but it was OK. Closed it up and really nothing changed. Next technician was a bit better but he took out the freezer defrost heater and said they would get a replacement part. Now they are ignoring my calls and whatsapps. My freezer is not repaired and i can't get a response out of them. I am already R1000 out of pocket for their services.
