Poor quality, from cheap imports

I think a good warning for Hertex Furniture is you're not getting what you pay for.

You're paying premium prices for furniture imported from India, and China - furniture that has mostly like been purchased at orders of magnitude cheaper than what they are selling it for.

I purchased the Ambassador Armchair, in tan leather, and both came damaged, with gouges in the leather. The leather quality is also questionable, at best.

Staff is fantastic though, no questions there. Unfortunately, the prices just aren't anywhere close to the quality you are receiving.
