Avoid Heylo Fourways Mall

Heylo - Fourways Mall They sold me a defective water bottle and I went back to the store and requested an exchange. I wanted the same thing not a refund.

They refused to take the leaking water bottle back saying it was used. I had poured water into it once and discovered it was leaking.

My attempts to reason with the manager fell on deaf ears and he wouldn't even look at me when talking.

I was calm and just left the bottle with them despite the racially charged responses from the Asian manager.

Avoid this store at all costs
